A. The LMM-35 cuts all grasses well except Bermuda, Zoysia and St.Augustine which has been allowed to thatch.
Q. For what size lawn do you recommend the LMM-35 Push Reel Mower?
A. Because of the bigger size and slightly heavier weight, the LMM-35 will work well on lawns of up to 8000 sq.'
Q. How often will my blades need sharpening; will they need it each season?
A. No. Because of the non-contact cutting system and the flame-hardened, precision ground blades, the LMM-35 blades will stay sharp for 8-10 years. When they do need sharpening, take it to your local sharpening shop.

The Sunlawn LMM-35 Push Reel Mower is a combination of our best selling Brill Luxus 38 reel mower and the US made Agrifab. The LMM-35 offers greater variation of cutting heights from .4 " to 2", and a wider blade width. The unique blades are precision ground, flame hardened steel blades which are bearing mounted and contact-free. This means the mower is easier to push and the blade sharpening interval is 8-10 years! Other reel mowers (and rotary mowers too) need yearly blade sharpening.
Over the years some consumers have expressed a desire for a reel mower which was like the Brill Luxus 38 but heavier. Last year Agrifab stopped production of its mowers, the only mower in the "middle range weight". The Sunlawn LMM-35 is the mower which bridges that gap and fills the void.
