I am very happy that I purchased this unit to clean my concrete driveway. I had lichens and mold that had built up over the past 10 years and it removed everything . The concrete looks like new again.

The machine is quiet, very powerful and easy to use. The only criticism would be the brief and vague instructions. I had to call to find out how to get the soap to work. Other than that I am very satisfied.

Received this from Amazon yesterday and have spent the day doing a number of projects with it (driveway, vinyl siding, engine compartment of a car I am working on, etc...). Overall, I am very pleased. The pressure is pretty impressive for an electric unit and the nozzle allows for easy adjustment of the stream width.

The biggest complaint I have is with the instruction manual. It tells you nothing. I could not figure out how to get the detergent dispenser to work and called their customer service number. I mentally prepared myself for the multiple phone prompts and broken english, but I was pleasantly surprised as person with an American accent picked up the phone immediately, was friendly, and had the information to help me.
