We encourage you to recycle expired batteries at the RBRC. They can be reached at 1-800-822.8837 or visit their website at www.rbrc.org. Two Year Limited Warranty on American Gardener Products
During normal residential use, if this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within two years from the date of purchase, American Gardener, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the unit free of charge. The warranty does not cover components that are subject to normal wear, such as the blades and batteries. It also does not cover abuse, misuse, or use of the product in a commercial setting
